Congregation Adath Jeshurun strives to be a place that supports its members with love and compassion, provides a safe haven from the forces that buffet us in our daily lives, and addresses the profound spiritual yearnings that we have. We are an inclusive, egalitarian congregation; embracing all without regard to sexual orientation; welcoming dual faith couples. Rabbi Rosenbloom is happy to meet with any prospective member to speak directly to any concerns they may have and to explain more about the congregation's history and vision.

Who We Are:

We are a congregation that has a unique history. We just celebrated our 150th anniversary (2008). AJ is located in an inner ring suburb, Cheltenham Township, which has a concentration of Jewish resources unparallelled in the region. We have educational programs from preschool through adults, and are proud of the diversity of our age base.

Gatherings:

Friday night services vary with sunset time, beginning as early as 5:30 and as late as 6:15. Saturday morning services begin at 9:30, with an alternative Havurah style service beginning at 9:45. We have daily services, morning and evening.

This congregation is a YES! Coalition partner.
